How to take the test:

- Answer our questionnaires about your general lifestyle
- Record your diet for 3 days
- Take the test on day 4. The included instructions will guide you.
- Then send the sample for analysis in the enclosed return envelope.
You can see the answer to the test on our website or in our app after about 4 weeks. With the result, you will get a detailed review of your specific microbiome. If you are in doubt about anything, our customer service is ready to help you.

Your results will be available on your personal profile on My Unseen Bio . Here they are presented with illustrations and you have the option to customize the display. You will receive an email when your results are ready.
Yes, it is possible to share your results with others. Several of our users share their results with their dietitian or doctor, for example.
Yes, they can, but our reference groups only consist of adult individuals, so the comparison may be affected by this, as there are differences in the microbiome of children and adults.
Our test cannot be used medically, but can give you insight into your gut microbiome and any imbalances.
It takes 3-4 weeks for your results to be ready. During this time, your sample is analyzed in our laboratory and your personalized microbiome results are created. You will receive an email when your results are ready.

We would like to have an insight into your normal diet, so we recommend that you do not change anything until you have a microbiome test. However, there may be individual cases where you want to follow a specific diet, where it may make sense to change your behavior.
For some, taking a stool sample is a daunting task, but we have made the process very simple. When you receive your test, simply follow the instructions that will guide you through the process.

It is not necessary to store the sample in a refrigerator. The liquid in the test tube locks the microorganisms in their natural state at ordinary temperatures.
No, the return postage is paid. You will receive a stamped return envelope with your test. Simply take the test, put it in the return envelope and send it back to us.
The liquid in the test tube causes the microorganisms to be locked in their natural state at ordinary temperatures. If it is very hot or cold, it is recommended to drop off the return envelope at the nearest Postnord drop-off point and not in the mailbox.
