The biodiversity crisis also exists in our own gut
Too much processed food, sugar and alcohol means that just like on the outside,
world, there is a biodiversity crisis within ourselves, namely in our intestines. Here too, there is
there is a lack of a varied and diverse ecosystem and this can have major consequences
for our health. A Danish-developed product now makes it possible to measure your intestinal
biodiversity, so that a change in diet and lifestyle can trigger the necessary 'rewilding'
of the intestine.
The stock exchange
Look your shit in the eye, say the biohackers. A swab of stool can hold 3.3 GB of data about your gut health.

Factsheet about Unseen Bio
The company Unseen Bio was started by two childhood friends Johan Hartmann and Jens
Gandløse in 2018.
The goal is to raise awareness of the importance of the microbiome for gut health and, through optimization, reap the many health benefits that an optimal microbiome can potentially bring. Based on a thorough analysis of the customers' personal microbiome, Unseenbio's test provides personalized dietary recommendations with the aim of increasing biodiversity and improving gut health for the individual.
Healthy knowledge from the pharmacy
Is your gut healthy?
How important are your intestines to your health? Does the bacterial composition of your intestines contribute to chronic disease and bad mood? What is the status of your intestinal bacteria? Do you have the right ones, and are they in a good balance?
