The test tube contains a special liquid that ensures that the microorganisms are not exposed to oxygen for an extended period of time and locks the microbiome in its natural state.
It is important that the liquid remains in the tube , otherwise we cannot perform the analysis in a quality manner. Contact our customer service if you have spilled the liquid and we will send you a new test tube.
The sterile swab helps ensure the quality of your results and is broken off in the sample tube so that there is no dirty waste.
Our collection paper is simple to use and biodegradable. It is mounted on the toilet and can be flushed out after use.
The return cover is used to protect your sample and at the same time prevent any leakage during transport to the laboratory.
In the event of a leak, the analysis cannot be completed. If this is the case, you will be notified and receive a new test.
The return envelope is postage-paid, so you simply take the test, put it in the return envelope and send it back to us.
If it is very hot or cold, it is recommended to drop off the return envelope at the nearest Postnord drop-off location and not in the mailbox.
You will receive an email when we have received your test. This can take a few days and in some cases up to a week.
